Internship/Trainee

The period of the internship would be between 3 months and it could be extended if required.

If we find you as a hardworking, dynamic and dedicated intern then we may offer you regular employment subject to availability.

We do not offer any remuneration to interns during the 1st 3 months after which the remuneration may be offered subject to performance by the intern.

We also extend training on live web design & development programs with extensive hand holding, one to one coachingmlive projects handling, understanding of live server, interview preparation.

The selected interns day to day responsibilities will include:

1. Study client requirement,  Understand the logics of developed projects. Initiate work to maintain front end technologies.

2. Get trained on web design and development with a backend development language.

3. Initiate working on a project application towards user authentication and authorization processes

4. OOPs concept understanding of logic and implementation.

Business Development Manager

Job brief

We are looking for a very ambitious, proffessional & energetic Business Development Manager to join with us for expanding our clientele base. He will be the ambassador of the company

The objective is to drive sustainable revenue through enhancing business volume and forging strong relationships with propects & new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirement

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and powerpoint
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Market knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree / master's degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
